Ingredients
- 8 oz cooked shrimp, peeled and cut into bites
- 1 Persian cucumber, diced
- ½ cup cooked corn
- 2 scallions, shaved
- ¼ cup diced red bell pepper
- 1 avocado, diced
- ¼ head romaine lettuce, shredded
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup oyster salsa
- Tortilla wrap of choice
Instructions
- Combine mayo and oyster salsa to make dressing.
- Toss shrimp, cucumber, corn, scallions, bell pepper, avocado, and romaine in a large bowl.
- Combine salad with dressing.
- Fill the wrap of choice.
