Ingredients ½ pound raw, peeled and deveined shrimp, cut into bit size pieces4 large scallops, sliced horizontally into 4 piecesOptional: 2 small octopus, poached and tentacles removed1 diced persian cucumber2 diced jalapeno or serrano chiles, seeded and diced2 scallions, diced4 tbs diced red onion1 bunch cilantro4 limes, juiced2 tomatillos, diced½ cup oyster salsashaved radishcilantro Instructions Combine all dressing ingredients.Mix dressing with raw shrimp, scallops, and octopus, if using.Allow to marinate for at least one hour and up to 4 hours.Arrange on a plate and top with sea salt, radish, and cilantro.Serve with tortilla chips.
