Ingredients 8 soft corn or flour tortillas1 tbs lime juice½ cup sour cream¼ cup oyster salsa¼ cup shredded nappa cabbage1 breakfast radish, shaved¼ red onion, shavedVegetable oil for frying4 (6 oz) cod fillets2 eggs1.5 cups self-rising flour10 oz light beer1 tsp salt Instructions Preheat the oil to 360 degrees. Combine eggs, flour, beer, and salt.Dip each filet into the batter and let excess drip off before carefully submerging it in frying oil.Fry fish until golden on each side.Warm tortillas in the oven or a cast iron skillet.Combine lime juice and sour cream.Arrange fish, cabbage, radish, red onion, salsa, and lime crema over fish.Top with cilantro, if desired.
